At Jesus Calls World Outreach Ministries, pastoral care is not a program — it is a sacred responsibility.

Scripture commands:

“Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof…”
— 1 Peter 5:2

As an Apostolic, Bible-believing church, we are committed to providing spiritual guidance rooted in the Word of God, prayer, and the leading of the Holy Ghost.

Pastoral counsel is offered as an extension of shepherding, discipleship, and spiritual oversight.

Our Biblical Foundation

We believe that all true healing and direction begins with God’s Word.

“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”

“Where no counsel is, the people fall: but in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.”

Pastoral care within this ministry includes:

• Spiritual direction

• Prayer and intercession
• Marriage and family guidance

We counsel from Scripture, not from secular psychology.
We depend upon the Spirit of God, not human philosophy.

Constitutional Position

In accordance with the ecclesiastical authority granted to the Church by Scripture, pastoral counseling is provided as a ministry of spiritual oversight and religious instruction.

It is not clinical therapy, medical care, psychiatric treatment, or licensed professional counseling.

The Church operates under its religious freedoms as protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution and applicable state law governing ecclesiastical matters.
